Repair Process & Policy

At Module Medics, we are committed to delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. To ensure confidence in our services, we provide the following return and warranty terms:

Warranty Coverage

  • All repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty beginning on the date of delivery. Some repairs may have even longer warranty depending on the vendor. See prodcut description. 

  • If your product experiences issues within this period, Module Medics will repair it free of charge.

Return & Refund Conditions

  • To initiate a warranty claim, customers must submit a short video clearly showing the defect or malfunction. This helps us quickly verify the issue and speed up resolution.

  • Once verified, the defective product must be returned to Module Medics for inspection and repair.

  • If we determine that the product cannot be repaired, a full refund will be issued.

Exclusions

  • Warranty does not cover products that have been:

    • Tampered with or altered after repair

    • Physically damaged (burned, water-damaged, broken casing, etc.)

    • Improperly installed or used outside of intended purpose

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@modulemedics.com with your order details, part number, and a video showing the defect.

  2. Our support team will review and provide return instructions.

  3. Once received, we will repair or refund according to the terms above.
