2. Remove your faulty unit and ship it to our headquarters at 606 Baltimore Ave, Suite 405, Towson, MD 21204. 
3. From our office, we will ship it to the right repair tech for the job.

Please note: There is a three-week turnaround time for this repair. The repair tech responsible for these repairs is located in Europe. International shipping is covered in the repair price.
